RSPCA Education Manager Phil Armato said that the seminar is aimed at educating people about the responsibilities of horse ownership with an importance on improving the quality of horse care. “We’re interested in the welfare of horses. A variety of informative exhibits will be displayed where you can have your questions answered.”
Topics to be covered at the seminar include:
• what you need for your horse;
